Privacy policy

1. Who is the data controller

The website ultraextra.hr is owned by the Association of Olive Growers and Oil Producers of Šibenik-Knin County “Ultra Extra”, OIB: 48419351765, with its registered office at Put Gaćeleza 1, 22211 Vodice.

The Association is the controller of personal data collected through this website when a user submits their data for membership.
When a user submits an inquiry to an individual family farm (OPG), that OPG becomes an independent data controller for further communication with the user.

2. What data do we collect

On this website, we collect only personal data that users voluntarily enter into the contact form, including:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (if provided by the user)
  • Name of the family farm (OPG)

These data are collected solely based on the user’s consent, via a checkbox that must be selected before submitting the form.

3. Purpose of data processing

Personal data are processed for the following purposes:

  • Sending inquiries or orders to individual OPGs or olive oil producers.
  • Processing applications for membership.
  • Communication with users regarding products, offers, or information requested by the user.
  • Analytical purposes – via Google Analytics (anonymous data such as number of visits, visit duration), for continuous website improvement.


4. Legal basis for processing

The legal bases for processing personal data are:

  • User consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)) – via the checkbox in the contact form.
  • Lawful processing by individual OPGs as independent data controllers for fulfilling user requests.


5. Who has access to the data

The Association, as the data controller, has access to the personal data of users who submit a membership request or application form.

Individual OPGs receive user data solely for the purpose of responding to inquiries and communicating with the user.

6. Data storage and retention period

Data submitted via the contact form is stored until the user’s request is fulfilled or for a maximum of 12 months, unless the user requests deletion earlier.

Google Analytics data are anonymised and stored in accordance with Google’s policies.

7. User rights

Users have the following rights:

Right of access – you may request information about the personal data we process.

Right to rectification – you may request correction of inaccurate data.

Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) – you may request deletion of your personal data.

Right to object – you may object to the processing of your personal data.
