The Ultra Extra Association brings together passionate olive growers and oil producers from the Šibenik-Knin County who believe that excellence is achieved through knowledge, dedication, and collaboration.
We believe that together we can raise the standards of olive growing and olive oil production, making the Šibenik-Knin County recognisable for its exceptional oils — products that carry the aroma, flavour, and pride of our region.
Our vision is for oils bearing the Ultra Extra signature to be recognised among the best in Croatia and worldwide — as a symbol of passion, expertise, and the shared spirit of people who live for the olive tree.
OLIVE JAPAN GOLD
An international competition in Japan evaluating extra virgin olive oils; the award is given for outstanding quality, balance, and purity of flavour.
New York International Olive Oil Competition (NYIOOC)
The largest and most prestigious international olive oil competition, where a gold medal means the oil ranks among the top 1–5% of competing oils for flavor, aroma, and quality.

ATHENA International Olive Oil Competition
A Greek competition held annually since 2000, judged by an international panel of tasters; a gold medal is awarded to oils scoring 85–94.9 out of 100 points.
Berlin GOOA
