All our olive oils have HALAL and EU certification for organic production, and bear the Croatian Quality mark. The quality of the oil Sv. Ivan has been recognized and awarded several years with the highest honors – gold and silver medals, both at domestic and international prestigious competitions around the world.
Sv. Ivan is the name of the brand behind our “ultra” extra virgin olive oils, and it was born from many years of experience and love for the olive itself and olive oil.

SV. IVAN OBLICA

Indigenous Dalmatian variety, harvested at an early stage of maturity, rich in scents of greenery and freshly mowed green grass. The taste is reminiscent of ripe tomatoes. Medium intense oil of mild bitterness, with gentle notes of piquancy.
This extra virgin olive oil goes perfectly with all types of fish dishes, fish carpaccio, different types of salads and all vegetables cooked or grilled.

This organic extra virgin olive oil is a coupage – the mix of several olive varieties: Leccino, Frantoio, Pendolino, Levantinka and Oblica. Our Blend has an intense and very refined aroma, with distinct characteristics of freshly cut grass, while the flavor is dominated by pepper and green almonds. Medium intense oil with mild bitterness and pronounced spiciness.
This oil is recommended with dishes such as red meat, boiled or fried eggs, cream soups, and with all types of pasta and risotto.
