The Ultra Extra Association presented its members at VINOcom, one of the region’s most prominent wine and gastronomy fairs, which each year attracts a large number of industry professionals and food and beverage enthusiasts.
During the fair, the association’s members had the opportunity to present their olive oils and communicate the mission of the association – the production and promotion of top-quality extra virgin olive oil, with a strong focus on excellence, tradition, and origin.
The Ultra Extra Association brings together internationally and regionally awarded olive growers who believe that through joint efforts they can raise the standards of olive growing and olive oil production, and make Šibenik-Knin County recognizable for its outstanding olive oils – products that carry the aroma, taste, and pride of the Šibenik region.
Through education, fairs, and various professional and promotional events, the Association systematically builds a culture of quality, knowledge, and continuous improvement.
