ABOUT US
“From the heart of Dalmatia – with love and tradition.”
The first open olive oil tasting room in Šibenik-Knin County, where you can taste olive oils and other olive oil products. We have been involved in olive growing for over 20 years, and after winning numerous awards at events in Croatia, we decided in 2014 to apply to the Milan Expo monovarietal olive oil competition, where we won our first international gold medal thanks to our patience and hard work.
We also received the Champion Oil award in 2016 at the Young Olive Oil Days in Dalmatia (Vodice). In recent years, we have won two silver medals (2021, 2022) and one gold medal (2024) in New York, as well as a gold medal in Berlin in 2025. We carry out the entire production and processing ourselves to achieve the highest quality of olive oil and other products.
OUR PRODUCTS
Taste: Balanced, mild to medium intensity. The softness of the taste is recognizable, with mild bitterness and mild pungency, which are present but not dominant.
Texture: Pleasantly rounded, smooth, often with an impression of sweetness at the beginning.
