1. Data Controller

The website ultraextra.hr is owned by the Association of Olive Growers and Oil Producers of Šibenik-Knin County “Ultra Extra”, OIB: 48419351765, with its registered office at Put Gaćeleza 1, 22211 Vodice, Croatia.

The Association acts as the data controller for personal data collected through this website when a user submits their data for the purpose of membership application. When a user sends an inquiry to a specific olive grower (OPG), that OPG becomes an independent data controller for further communication with the user.

2. Data We Collect

We collect only the personal data that users voluntarily provide via the contact form, including:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (if provided)
  • Name of OPG

These data are collected only with user consent via a required checkbox before form submission.

3. Purpose of Data Processing

Data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Forwarding inquiries or orders to specific OPGs or producers
  • Processing membership applications
  • Communicating with users regarding requested products, offers, or information
  • Analytical purposes via Google Analytics (anonymous data such as page visits and session duration) to improve the website

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Legal bases for processing include:

  • User consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)) via checkbox in the contact form
  • Legitimate processing by individual OPGs as independent controllers to fulfil user requests

The Association has access to data submitted for membership applications.

Individual OPGs receive user data solely for responding to inquiries and communicating with users.

6. Data Retention

Contact form data is stored until the user’s request is fulfilled or for a maximum of 12 months if no deletion request is made.

Google Analytics data is anonymized and stored according to Google’s policies.
