The Ultra Extra Association brings together passionate olive growers and oil producers from the Šibenik-Knin County who believe that excellence is achieved through knowledge, dedication, and collaboration.
We believe that together we can raise the standards of olive growing and olive oil production, making the Šibenik-Knin County recognisable for its exceptional oils — products that carry the aroma, flavour, and pride of our region.
Our vision is for oils bearing the Ultra Extra signature to be recognised among the best in Croatia and worldwide — as a symbol of passion, expertise, and the shared spirit of people who live for the olive tree.
